Been awhile since I posted, have no real reason other than being the lazy lout that I am. No idea on what to post on since so much has happened since the last post: Shk. Hamdan Bin Mohamed is now the next in line for rule of Dubai, Dubai International Property fair was a few days ago: prices shot up on the 1st day, Traffic, Jumeira palm finished, and Santana came and left. Oh, and it was freezing for a spell across the Emirates.

Palm Jumeira signature villas now go for 20 - 25 million dhs. If you rented that out, do you think you can get the market average of 8-10 percent of its value in yearly rent? 2.5 million?
